Before the content got erased, I had asked about questionable free coaching by my current coach's methods from my current University.

Update: I told him about a different program that my coach that I trained with during winter break wrote me a detailed program that I agreed with and wanted to continue working on. I told him the details of the program and he asked me to email it to him. To my surprise he took it well.

New issue: Little problems include disagreements in form by different coaches. This confuses the shit out of me at times and I'm not sure whose advice to go with as many of the coaches have much experience but have slightly differing views on how my form should be. Such as the first pull and the issue getting the bar past the knees or if the bend in rear leg on the split jerk should be bent or straight. One coach wants a slight bend in the back leg 1/3 distribution to the front leg and 2/3 of the weight to the back, another wants a lot of bend with 50-50 distribution to both, and another wants a completely straight leg.

I didn't know you were an Olympic lifter. The guy that wants the completely straight back leg is wrong. Pick between the other two and do what he says.

Yep, well Olympic lifter in training. I'm the one you met at the Texas State meet in Alvin, TX and was walking around eating ribs in the gym. I also asked you to sign my copy of SS:BBT3 and you told me be sure to take care of it.
