Bring your heels in a tiny bit more and focus more on keeping your knees out HARD--especially when you reverse direction and come back up.
I think you have misunderstood the "look down" cue. Yes, you look down, but you don't crane your neck out and lose control of your chin like that. Think about pushing your nipples toward the wall. This will pop your chest out/extend your t-spine, fix your neck alignment, and help you steady your back angle throughout the rep.
These are shaping up, though.
