    Thank you very much if you help.

    I psyched myself out today (caught me by surprise) in all the lifts. So, I did a set of five, another set of five, a set of four, and now a triple:



    I really felt the weight in my heels. I don't know if that's good for hip drive or not, but I didn't really feel my ass.

    I don't really know if I understood anything that you wrote. As far as your squat goes, at least one and perhaps all of them were above parallel. It's tough to say because of the rack. Work on driving your butt upwards and not backwards when initiating the ascent.

    Okay, thanks. Basically what I mean is that I feel that I was pushing my legs instead of raising my ass.

    yeah, nowhere near proper depth. take off 20% and post again
