Time to have another go at SS now that I have a gym at home after a failed attempt close to 12 months ago that was cut short due to work and life dramas.

    Anyway heres me at the start;

    Lee Copland
    21
    Male
    Melbourne, Australia
    184cm
    73.1kg
no idea of bf or anything else

First session started easy because i'm in no rush, weights as follows (always kg)

    squat
    20 x5x2
    30 x5
    40 x3
    45 x5x3

    bench
    20 x5x2
    30 x5
    35 x5x3

    deadlift
    40x5
    50x3
    70x5

And walked the dog to cool down, 2 birds one stone.

    squat
    20 x5x2
    32.5 x5
    40 x3
    50 x5x3

    press
    20 x5x2
    25 x3
    30 x5x3

    power clean
    20x5x5

Power clean technique was terrible as predicted, practice will fix
Rest were easy, hoping the popping in my knees goes away

    Bit of a shambles today, the courier company thats meant to be delivering my 20kg plates has taken twice as long as it should have so i didnt dtfp today;

    squat
    20 x5x2
    35 x5
    42.5 x3
    57.5 x1
70 x5x3 (went from 18.75 a side to 25bumper, jump of 15kg over last session)

We'll see how stupid that decision was on wednesday

    press
    20x5
    30x3
    35x5x3

    went up pretty easy

    power clean
    bar x20 odd

re-read pc chapter of bbt3 after last weeks effort and picked up on things i'd missed and forgotten from last reading, and now I think I have the technique pretty much down.
I didn't want to add weight yet which ill do next session so i did some rows for volume

    bb row
    30x8x3

    It's been a long week

    Squat
    20x5x2
    40x5
    60x3
    70x1
    80x5x3

    Press
    20x5
    30x5
40x5x3 (realised after it shouldve been 37.5)

    20x5
40x15 or so singles (will do 3x5 at this weight next session)

Didn't realise how painful 40kg slapping my quads would be haha

Had the flu from Friday night till today (Thursday), tried to do a session Monday but I was really puffed out just doing a few reps of the bar so I gave it a miss thinking I can't lose THAT much strength.

    Today

    Squat
    20x5x2 so tight
    40x5
    55x3
    65x1 (thinking I'd do 80x5x3, didn't happen)
70x5x3 (felt hard but mrs filmed and they seemed to fly up)

    Bench
    20x5x2
    30x5
    35x3
45x5x3 thankfully the weight didn't feel hard because the bar/plates kept banging on the spot arms throwing me off balance, my rack is being refunded this weekend so hopefully I don't have the same problem with the s1 coming.

    Deadlift
    60x3
80x5 I was pissed off from bench and they flew up, tried hook gripping deals for the first time and I can't get it right

Didn't train Saturday because my dog passed away and it was the last thing on my mind

    Today;

    Squat
    20x5x2
    40x5
    55x3
    65x1
    75x5x3

    Bench
    20x5x2
    35x5
    40x3
    45x5x3

    Deadlift
    60x5
    75x3
    90x5

I'm thinking something form wise is off with my squats because deads are quite a bit easier, will re-read and hope it works
