    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    I'm in middle of 5th week. Just did 1x5 of 305, then did this one at 330. Can I get some form pointers Please.

    Curious if I did something wrong? 70 views and no responses. I know you don't see my set up on the DL, I will make better vids the next time I post. I was a bit hasty in posting and did not read all the the sticky posts. I will do better next time.

    Yeah your hips rise 3-4 inches first so you're probably lowering your hips rather than squeezing your chest up to get into position. But as you say, we'll never know.

    It's really hard to tell much from this video. It's too grainy and low resolution. But it does not appear that your back rounds or that there are any major form issues.
