I'm in middle of 5th week. Just did 1x5 of 305, then did this one at 330. Can I get some form pointers Please.

Yeah your hips rise 3-4 inches first so you're probably lowering your hips rather than squeezing your chest up to get into position. But as you say, we'll never know.

It's really hard to tell much from this video. It's too grainy and low resolution. But it does not appear that your back rounds or that there are any major form issues.
