    Bodyweight is 251.5lbs. There's 252lbs on the bar. I'd done it before at 245, but I'm heavier now.

    Awesome work!

    I managed an 82kg/180lbs press @ 82kg BW on 16 Jan. No video so guess it only half happened. Still was fucking pumped at managing it especially as my lifts aren't special anywhere else and I have a dodgy shoulder.

    250lbs is fucking way more impressive than mine 180lbs
