anybody?
Hi, after that thread:
http://startingstrength.com/resource...347#post662347
oh and maybe some of you will tell me go lower, i think im goind low enough, here a pic of my bottom position:
http://www.siz.co.il/my/xwdzkzm2mlmm.jpg
i have drawn a dot that should be below the line I've drown, and that dot is bellow parallel, am i wrong?
its just like in this picture (even a little bit lower):
i have decided to post a squat technique video from 2 angles to be sure that it is good, if i got it right so ill be able to do it with heavy weight, it will be just a matter of discipline... oh and my "injury" getting better and better.
btw, when i DL, even with a VERY heavy weigh, i'm almost not feeling it, just a little pressure in this area (i tried do add weight to my dl, and managed to do only 2 reps, and my back was almost unnoticeable).
thanks so far guys and sorry for my English (its my 3rd language and i'm 16 yo).
Edit (about the injury):
i did heavy squats, its much much better, but the pain gets worse after the heavy set but just for a while...
oh and i tried to do 3 heavy sets of 3 of power cleans, it even makes it better, is it wired?
and should i keep heavy squatting to let my "injured" back to adapt to heavy sets (idk, maybe it sounds very stupid)?

anybody?
Three things come up when I watched your videos. One, if you look at the second video and pause it when you hit the bottom you can see that the bar does not line up directly in the middle of your foot. It looks a little behind the middle of your foot. Two, I think you can use a little more "hip drive". Try to come up and out of the squat position ass first. Three, I can't really see where the bar is sitting on your back but it looks like it can be a little lower.
Regarding an injury, I don't think anyone on this thread will able to tell you on how to go about. You should go see a professional doctor to evaluate what the injury is and how to go about dealing with it. Making sure your form is correct will definitely help dealing with your injury. I, myself, am recuperating from a knee injury. You have to take it slow and know when to back down. If it hurts, stop doing, rest, lower the weight, and make sure the form is correct.
