So I am just getting off of some starr protocol and physio therapy for a torn hip adductor and i was trying to have really amazing technique while doing this but i think im worse than i used to be before i hurt myself
The weight im using is lighter than before i was injured but still pretty easy for me now. I shot the second and third set (one profile and used 25s to get a good view, one from behind)
My lower back rounds, which i think is ok (butt wink is a myth from my reading here)
My upper back seems rounded but i feel like its arched when im squating
Do my knees come too far forward?
in the video from behind it seems like one leg is different, they feel the same and im not sure which to change, also my feet do something weird they seem to tilt when im low.
I know the video from behind was from the floor but i had a normal video and i thought this would let you see my legs better.
I accidentally wore dress shoes so i took them off before squatting, my normal shoes are pretty minimal
