    Day 1

    Back Squat- 180.5 - got 3x5

    Bench - 110 - got 5x3

    Deadliest - 260 - got 3 of 5


    Day 2

    Backs Squat - 185.5 got 3x5

    Press - 82.5 got 4 of 5/ 4 of 5 / 3 of 5


    Day 3

    Back Squat - 190.5 got 3x5

    Bench - 115 got 3 of 3 / 2 of 3 / 3 of 3 / 3 of 3 / 2 of 3

    Your log would be easier to follow if it was in one thread.

    Any particular reason you are benching in sets of 3?
