Adding 60 miles of cycling per week; q on increasing macros
I'm a college student w/out a car. I just got a bike and will be riding it to/from work rather than taking the bus.
Per Jordan's recomp guidelines I had initially set my macros at 300/225/80 (I weigh 225; 6ft tall).
Which macro(s) should I bump to compensate for the cycling, and by how much? I tend to ride fast, in case that's relevant.
