Hey, here it is at 290... Tweaked from 285 and I think it looks a LOT better.

    Tips on ironing anything out?

Have a session with a coach on next weekend. What should I work on in my 2 workouts before then?

the forward motion looks less dramatic than the previous set. I wish I knew any tips to give you seeing as how I'm also ironing it out. I keep trying to think of that slot but maybe that's not enough?

also... tough to see... are you looking straight ahead? I bet looking down more will help your hip drive

I kind of am in the head up camp... Not looking at the ceiling, but not as in SS 3rd edition... Have you ever watched 'so you think you can squat'? Apparently Rip and some folks had this discussion and came to the agreement both were fine (not verified).

I like how the supports on that rack thing are caving in under the weight.

About your squat: yeah, I noticed you looking up. But the bar path looks more vertical than in your 285 lb video, so you seem to have fixed that issue. You also no longer have a sticking point (or not as much of one) on the ascent. I also wish I could lower my elbows to the extent that you do; it seems to be impossible with my forearm length.

My inexperienced eye does not see much to critique--maybe your coach will see something to fix!

I think it would help to get your knees slightly further forwards of your toes and also think about shoving your knees out hard and keeping your chest up, this should cure your slight back rounding.
