    Default 5x5 Weighted Pull/Chin-ups on TM Volume Day (Alternating Chin's/Press/Bench)

    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    And a 5 rep max on Intensity Day for good measure.

    Would this bring up pull-up strength while minimally affecting (perhaps positively affecting) progress on the press and bench press?

    Perhaps. But heavy shit like this will potentially affect all upper body stuff. So, perhaps not.
