Default Announcing the New Starting Strength Seminar Level I: Performance

    • starting strength seminar february 2025

One of the many things discussed at this year's SSCA Convention was the idea of an entry-level seminar product at a lower price point. Thus was hatched the idea for the Starting Strength Seminar Level I: Performance. This will be a shorter, cheaper, less-intensive exposure to the 5 lifts at the basic level -- how to do them correctly. The Level I seminar is 12 contact hours, covers the lifts with both lecture and platform time, and is affordably priced at $395. They are conducted by Starting Strength Seminar Staff Coaches in various places around the country. Sign up for yours here:

We're excited to host the first Level 1 Seminar! We still have 2 openings left for NEXT weekend, and they are certain to sell out - so get on the ball now and beat everyone else to it! The Level 1 Seminar in Springfield, MO, which we believe is the strongest gym in the country (or certainly in the discussion) - and we'll eat amazing food all weekend (Like Andy's Pumpkin Pie Concrete Frozen Custard - where they blend TWO pieces of homemade pumpkin pie with real vanilla frozen custard - its pretty much the best thing ever invented - ask Rip and Stef), which is a much better perk than Jordan's seminar, where you'll be forced to choke down oatmeal/whey protein shakes mixed in water. ;-)

Mark or Matt... what is the cap for enrollment for the Level I seminars? And does it differ from the Level II?

This kind of trickery only works on those who haven't been to Reno.
