    Hi Coaches,

I've gotten feedback in the past from the forum that I've found to be very helpful. I have worked on my squat form as diligently as I could, and here's my third set from today that I would truly appreciate your feedback on.

Specifically, I'd like to know if you think I'm holding my lower back position fine, and if you think my knees are stable enough or if I need to try even harder to hold them in position towards the bottom half of the squat.

    I'm 34, 190 lbs, and am squatting 135 lbs (I know, I know..)

    Thanks a ton.

These look fine. If I had to nitpick, I'd say try to unlock your hips and knees at the same time as opposed to going hips first. And get more aggressive with the drive up out of the bottom. Slow and controlled is nice, but you need work on using the bounce and following it with a hard drive up. All in all they are nice squats.

Paul, thanks for the help! This is the first time I've had a coach tell me my squat looks fine - I'll now increase the weight. Thanks again.

Post another set from a different angle if you'd like.
