    Hi Coaches or Tom,

this is a follow up check. Here is the old Thread:
    http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=42258

It took me a long time to get back to my Level from august last year.

I fixed the Bar position on my back and restarted a linear progression at 100kg.
The bar is now in the correct Lowbar-Position.
    Here is the Video:

    My own observations:
slight loss in tightness on the second set
    bar drifts backwards

Im sorry for the awkward Camera Position, I built a new wall around my training area so there's little room to film.
If you need another angle please let me know.

    Thanks for your time!

Those are some pretty good squats. Your second set looked a little better than your first, but that's because it was 10 kilos lighter. Work on initiating your ascent more quickly. Bounce out of the bottom more aggressively, but do your best not to relax anything when you do. Keep pushing your hips up, even through the middle of the ascent. Nice work. What is your body weight?

    Thank you.
I will try to implement your tips!

My bodyweight is currently around 80kg (176lbs).
Due to changes in my career planning, i can now gain some more weight.

I look forward to the next seminars here in Germany/Europe.
Hopefully i can make it this time.

I think those safeties are set too low, Managarm. Matters a great deal if you suddenly find yourself in trouble. Trust me, I am recovering from a subluxed knee with a torn patella tendon. Spent two weeks In a cast, and the knee is still not 100%, nearly sixty days on. I had 160 kgs on the bar.

That said, great squats. Have a good day, both you and Comrade Capitelli.

Good looking squats! A song like Engel will really get you pumped up for a heavy set of squats.
