These are pretty nice. The one thing I want you to work on is the tendency to bounce off your knees at the bottom. Watch your video and pay close attention to your knees at the bottom. You'll see them slide forward just as you hit the hole. Ideally, we want your knee position to be established over the toes by the time you're about half way down. Then they stop moving forward as you SIT BACK into the bottom. Set the knees forward and out right away, then lean over and reach back with your hips. A TUBOW is useful for practice.
