I am having form issue I just addressed. I am not sure if I should keep going or deload until I fix the form.
MY OHP is 75lbs.
Squat 130
DL 180.
Bench 120
I haven't benched in a week trying to fix OHP form so I don't know if to start where I left off.
(**I was thinking of not doing SS by doing OHP only instead of BP. faster progress in OHP. I am sure this will improve my BP. OHP demands more full body work so figured it would be more beneficial. )
