Is it possible to do a four days program without bench/inclines?
Would this work?
Day 1
Press 1x5
Press 5x5
Accesory work
Day2
Squat 5x5
Power clean 5x3
Accesory work
Day3
Press 5x1
Press 3x8
Accesory work
Day4
Squat 1x5
Deadlift 1x5
Accesory work

Flip the 3x8 and 5x5 days. You may have to look into doing some overhead variants after a while, but this should work for a while
