No problems with heavy curls. I used to do them all the time, when big arms were of major consequence to me. They absolutely get you bigger arms and I agree, they will help your chins.

Good to know. Reynolds says he likes them as an accessory lift, and Wendler and some other very strong lifters think they've got some carryover to benching and pressing, as well as helping with general elbow health.
