Missed L workout on HLM
Hello Andy,
by no means ideal, or planned, but I had to miss the light day's workout (the whole middle of the week was occupied). I got my heavy day in on Monday, and now its Friday. I know I can just hit my light day today, medium Monday, etc, but I hate to screw up my regular routine.
What do you suggest when one misses the L day?
Do medium squats, but still do my light-day pressing and medium-day pulls?
I wanted to initially hit my light day on Thursday and medium on Saturday, but wasn't able to. Thanks for your suggestion.

Sorry I missed this. In the future, just do the medium day. Its enough rest where you'll be fine
