I'm a 33 yrs male, 160lb, 5'10.
Currently running Advance Novice. DL on monday, chins on wednesday (light day) and PC on friday.
LBs: DL 275, SQ 250, BP 177.5, PC 135, P 127.5
Numbers are low on squats and pulls cause I'm trying to correct my technique all the time, so slow progression here.
Bench is stuck for a month: I was doing 3 reps till I got to 180 and couldn't complete the set. Last two workouts only hit 1 rep. I've done plenty of resets.. plenty.
Press is going slow as well, I got to 130 but only hit 2 reps followed by some singles. Also, too many resets were done.
You think It's time to use the TM template for the presses alone or continue going for LP at lower reps high intensity?
What about running TM only for the bench (monday and friday) while trying to run LP on presses only once a week on the lighter days (3 reps sets)?
