Conditioning question
Hey jordan, so I'm currently almost done with my LP on SS and I'm about 25% bf at 5"11' 237 lbs. I'm currently on a caloric deficit of 500 at 2400 kcal. My weight dropped 7 pounds the first week I started cutting calories probably due to over eating when I worked night shifts, and now it's going down about 0.5-1 lb a week. Surprisingly, over the last week I feel like im getting stronger, despite the lowered calories. But anyways, do you think it would be ideal to add in a bit of conditioning on my off days to speed up the fat loss a bit, or do you think I should wait until my weight loss stalls? Also, would my lifts suffer if I added in the conditioning, or do you think it would be fine as long as I don't overdo it.
Btw, my lifts are:
Squat 295x5x3
Bench 175x5x3
Press 135x5x3
Deadlift 315x5
PC 150x3x5
If so, should I do HIIT or LISS?

I would wait until the fat loss stops, I wouldn't expect it to inhibit your progress, and I would do HIIT.
