Hey coach I had been having some bad patella pain squating. I was messing around the other day with a wider stance and zero pain plus way more adductor/hammie/glute activation. So I wanted to run my thoughts by you to see if I am on the right path or just a moron. If the stance is to close eventually you will reach the end of your external rotation range before I have fully unimponged the hip and the head of your femor will run into the back of the hip and force the knees to far foward and putting more load on the quads than needed. Also will make knee extension not hip extension/drive the first action out of the whole? Am I on the right path or completely off track? Thanks you in advance!!!

You're probably not a moron, but you are a very poor typist. It may be that your original stance was too narrow. Video.
