I was just wondering if the depth is good on my squats? I'm doing 235x5x3 and this was the first set...

Depth looks okay, but there are other issues I would recommend fixing.

You are looking straight ahead with your chin up, your knees are going too far forward, and you are not driving your hips up. I would also recommend reading starting strength and getting some weightlifting shoes.

I tried pushing my knees out more instead of forward and not looking up. I've alo ordered a copy of starting strength from amazon so hopefully that should help as well...

Also in terms of depth when I look at the squat it seems fine but on the reflection in the mirror they look high is still ok or?

But I was wondering if these look any better?

First video was broken. Depth is fine in the second one, but it looks exactly like your previous squat. Posting only one video is all we can handle here, as per the sticky, which, of course, you have read.

Chin down. Stop looking at yourself. Get tighter. Don't let your knees travel so far forward. Stay with your hips.
