    • starting strength seminar jume 2024

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Just looking for a form check. 2nd workout after a two week hiatus from being very sick. Dropped to 205 from 225 to get back into a routine.

    You are several inches high. The first rep was close to depth, but the subsequent reps were quite high.
    Try to get more control over your knees - shove them out at the beginning of the descent, then keep then where they are once they are established, 1/3-1/2 of the way down.
    I would also suggest some better shoes.

    Also, keep your eyes down and drive up with your hips not your chest.
