Weight to start sqts and DL after injury
I am 65 and not new to lower back issues in the past. I DL last Monday finsished with 220 for 5 and two back off sets of 200 for five. Felt fine after the wo. Thurday did saftey bar sqts. Up to 190 for 3 back off 155x 8 SLDL 115x6 150x 12. Again felt fine
WO was bench on Friday,felt ok, no back pain.
Saturday I was fe long good. I ole up Sunday morning with a stiff lower back. It got worse through the day ,and was terrible yesterday.
Took some Aleve today and put on a Therma Care heat wrap. It's bearable now, but for sure not ready to lift.my question is what weight should I try and work up to . I know I will start with the bar for some higher reps, but how should I attempt to progress?

I just listened to the podcast#5 on rehab and got the information I needed. It was informative, especially in regards to the dog with an injured paw.
