Upper limit on *chloride intake?
Is there an upper limit for chloride intake I should keep in mind?
I'm on linear gains - I lift 3 times per week for about an hour, do ~20m of HIIT on my rest days, and drink strictly water in addition to monitoring sodium intake to 2000 mg or less, got some hypertension in my family.
I find I'm prone to late night calf cramps if I don't supplement potassium, and I use lots of potassium chloride. I want to know what the upper limit of chloride is for someone with my activity levels and water/sodium intake.
