Power clean form check 145
I apologize if this is a double post. I posted this to the coaches forum last wednesday but the video was private and I believe the thread got deleted without any replies. These are power cleans at 145 from last week. I have a hard time telling from video how these are but they felt pretty good. No pain, went up easy. Don't mind the front squats at the end, I was just messing around. I had never front squatted before and was curious to see how they felt.

Your setup is excellent. Just get off your toes and make sure your weight is centered over the middle of your foot (the setup of your first rep looks particularly forward).
Now, as for the actual power clean - you're jumping too early. Your cue is to make the bar TOUCH your thigh at the "jumping position" (typically just below mid-thigh) BEFORE you jump.
