lemme get a few things out of the way
1) excuse the chalk
2) excuse the yelling
it was 2 am when I was doing these, was trying to get amped up, lol;
Also, I want to make some quick notes about mistakes I noticed my self;
> Im not keeping my chin tucked on the way up
> I may even be leading with the chest a little bit (though it certainly didnt feel like this during the lifts)
Anyway, im kicking myself after watching these vids cuz I cant believe i made these fuaaarking noob mistakes, but figured what the hell, ill post them up to see if I can recommendations on anything else; thanks m8s

If you get that much chalk on the floor you are an asshole.
I cleaned it up after m8, the ppl that work there use that shit and make a bigger mess than that regularly, 1 was in training herself during the workout, theyll be okay;
So what, the form was shit? Im not sure what is broscience in the video its simply a lift im not talking about or advocating anything;

Why are you pulling sumo?
I have an awkward structure, short torso with un-proportionately long legs;
I was pulling conventional and had a friend recommend I try sumo as that might give me better leverage;
The pull feels more natural to me than conventional;
Should I be pulling conventional?
Have you read the book?
Is your goal to add pounds to your total, or to get stronger?
