Intermittent Fasting?
After turning my life around with dieting and now SS, my doctor just recommended I look into the concept of Intermittent Fasting.
He did say that I probably wouldn't want to fast on my workout days (I was thinking "no Duh"). But does this concept make sense to you, Jordan, or any of the other experts around here?

I have shared my views on IF in many threads on this forum before. Poke around for a more in depth explanation. That said, I do not believe there is any data showing IF works better for any health related outcome, but it may be worse for some (though unlikely to be directly causative). On the other hand, if it boosts compliance then it's a worthwhile endeavor for those who would otherwise be non compliant. I think it's a suboptimal approach for any other reason than compliance.
