A year or so ago many people posted their goals for the end of the year. I like to set goals and thought I'd share mine and maybe encourage other Master Athletes to share theirs.

    Press: 140 lbs. single; 130 X 5; 125 X 10
    Bench: 190 single; 165 X 5; 150 X 10
    Squat: 290 single; 270 X 5; 250 X 10
    Dead: 380 single; 350 X 5; 330 X 10

    I haven't thought through X 3; or 8 yet.

I did and put them in my log at the beginning of the year. I am scared to go back and look as I know I am not on track to make them though.

    Okay, I went and looked:

I'm involved in 2 challenges that end at midnight 12-31-16, and a 3rd no time limit "Race."

    1) Biggest Max Deadlift by the end of the year with CJ Gotcher
    2) Biggest Deadlift + Squat total (we are going for 1,000) by the end of the year with Músculo-Tonto

    3) Race (first one there) to a 600 Deadlift with Eric K & Hector Garza

The goals when I started the program were 300 pound bench, 400 pound squat and 500 pound deadlift. At a lot lower bodyweight. No time limit on it though.

My best in the past were 305 bench, 320 squat and 480 deadlift weighing about 70 pounds less.

Shit, reading this thread sucks. Really sucks. My new knee is inhibiting all sorts of things, like the above goals. Not the press and bench though except the difficulty of getting the new knee to bend enough for support.
I guess my yearend goal is to be able to do a FULL squat and maybe a 250 dead.
    Damn im jealous.
