It has taken me a while, but I have finally joined a gym and am starting to get serious with my training.
I have been eating a lot over the past few days to aid recovery and am trying to incorporate more protein into my diet.

Could you please provide me some feedback on my technique?

I have done 4 workouts so far.

    Squat

    Angle 1:

    Angle 2:

    Workout 3:
    70kg set 2 - YouTube
    70kg set 3 - YouTube

Your lifting technique is hovering around the same level as your reading technique. How can it take you 3 months to read the book? I just reread the whole thing in under a week.

I haven't been reading the book for 3 months, I've only recently started that's why I'm using the book + videos.
Could you offer some feedback on my squat?

I believe it would be better for you if you read it yourself and you then said what was wrong with your squat yourself. Please, at least read the squat chapter and the programming one.

Your squat demonstrates a desire to stay overly vertical, as well as failure to look where the book tells you to. In addition to that, you never actually stand up between the reps.
