    Hi,

    Here is my 165 kg x 3 deadlift: 160 x 3 deadlift - YouTube

    I really focused on setting my back, but it seems like the last two reps my back is not fully set.

    These deadlifts are a bit troubled. The bar is way too far in front of your midfoot and your spine is more or less fully flexed. Please refer to the sticky at the top of this forum for the procedure on how to pull from the floor. Also, look up Rip's article on the belt in the deadlift.
