40 years old
5'6", a fluffly 208 pounds (down from 213 one month ago)
Squat - 300x5x3, Bench - 205x5x3 (working up from injury, 1RM of 270), DL - 365 1RM...short arms, Press - 150x5x3
Looking to Recomp
Current Targets as per TBAB recomp (C 260, F70, P 240)
Noticed I am carb sensitive and tend to like a higher fat diet. What are your thoughts on the following:
C - 220
F - 90
P - 240
Also, does my protein need to be that high? I find I have to force myself to eat more to hit the protein target.
Looks just fine to me. I think the protein intake is reasonable. You could get away with 200-220 or possibly lower, but I think your current protein level is good
