    Such a primitive statement, for something that is quite complex. It is kind of true.. But it's only one part of the larger mesocycle equation. Still people don't give a shit about planning their training for the most part, and many of my fellow co-workers know nothing either. They just give high reps, light weights to beginners, and profit from noob gainz...
