Lower back recovery on TM
Hey,
I'm into TM since 3 months around and progress continues very well. My SQ, BP, Press and DL getting heavier. I'm pretty happy about results.
My diet is ok. I'm 188 cms and 98-99 kg around. I sleep for 8-9 hours every night.
I do tire flips instead of power cleans on Friday and it seems 3 days of SQ, 5 sets of Good morning on Wed, DL and Tire flips on Fri overtrain my lower back.
What should I do?

I would ditch the Good Mornings. See how that goes and maybe ditch the tire flips too.

Especially volume day is so hard and I'm drowsing almost all week long after Mon lol. I'm really thinking to change my routine. x3 a week but,
Mon, SQ, Press, Chins
Wed, DL, BP, Tri work
Fri, SQ, Press, Chins
Or something.
