Deadlift check
Comrades!
Hey, was hoping a kind soul would take a peek at my deadlifts and see what they think. This was 300x5. I was a bit distracted on the last 2 reps since my 3yo daughtered scampered down to the basement (you can hear her with the volume turned up).. I dont like the minions around when I deadlift..

Your shoulders are a little too far in front of the bar and I think this is encouraging you to round a little as you pull. Instead of shifting on to your toes to bring your shins to the bar, stay in the midfoot as you bend your knees. This will drop your butt a little lower. Work hard to squeeze up and hold your back in extension as you break the bar from the floor. Otherwise, things look good.
