    Yes, I still lift.

Nothing great or noteworthy, just kind of coasting along these last few weeks. Things have been hectic and I've been focused elsewhere. End of summer was a lot fun but now it's time to start getting stronger again.

Root, allent, Christopher John: I concede the Two Wheelin' for Reps challenge to each of you and I'll make good on our bets. A heavy deadlift set of five in Wolverines, Spartans and Tigers gear, respectively.

Which will be the least painful to don? I'm guessing Clemson.

No pain. It's just football. There's lots to like about each of those esteemed programs.

I try not to get too worked up about it, God knows I get worked up enough about other stuff. I just love the game. When the Buckeyes lose it ruins the half hour or so that follows but I recover quickly. When Urban went through that stretch of losing to Mich St, losing to Clemson, beating Navy ugly and losing to Va Tech I wouldn't have minded him getting canned but I'm glad cooler heads prevailed.
