    Not much I can say from just a still frame, but it looks like you either let the bar push you down out of thoracic extension either because a) it crashed down, or b) you caught it behind midfoot and have your weight on your heels. Think chest up.

    Hi,

    from what I can see, maybe the bar is just a wee bit too much to the front/down on your shoulders. Camera angle notwithstanding, I think it should be caught just slightly closer to the base of the windpipe, which would make it end up slightly higher and closer to your neck (giving you a better leverage).
    I am talking about a quarter of an inch, roughly, so all this is subject to confirmation via a better picture.
    Also, elbows just slightly higher would help (again, maybe half an inch).
