Default Squat Check - Torso rotation?

    Hi coach,

I noticed that the left side of the bar is shifting forward during the decend in the squat. A friend of mine who watched me confirmed this. Could this be due to my scoliosis? I went to a doctor to check for leg length discrepancy but he said I have almost any (~0.19 inches). The result of an x-ray said I have scoliosis but the doctor didn't mention any of it and said I can do any sport I want so I didn't worry about it. Is the rotation of the left side of the bar even noticeable? Am I worrying about nothing?

    Thanks!

You've got a hint of a twist, but nothing terrible. It can probably be fixed by thinking "right shoulder forward" on your ascent. Also, stay with your hips. Drive your butt up instead of lifting your chest.
