DL 290 check
This time I focused on not "cranking" my neck up when tightening my back. For some reason, my brain just decided that I wasn't going to hold my Valsalva at the top? I don't know what that was about, but it's not the usual for me. Anyways, anything else?

I think you could squeeze up a little tighter. It looks like your lumbar lets go on a few reps.
