Recently returned home to Israel from the awesome seminar put on in Hampton, Virginia.
Thx to Tom, Matt, Wolf, Niki and the rest of the Starting Strength staff in attendance for a great weekend of lifting and learning.

I'm recovered from the long trip, and picking up where I left off, now in TM Wk7. And trying to put into practice the squat form corrections pointed out on the platform.

This is the final set from today's workout, a PR Squat 249x5.
I appreciate the time taken watching the clip and the comments made. Thx.

I am not going to yell at you, Gilad, for not reading the sticky, but do read the sticky. A rear oblique is a more useful coaching angle. You are getting forward on every one of your reps and lifting your chest on the ascent. Depth is also probably lacking on most reps. You need to sit back and think "heels." You need to stay in balance and keep off your toes. Then, drive your butt up instead of lifting your chest. Glad you made it back safe and sound. It was good meeting you.

Thanks Tom for the pointers. I'll keeping working on it.

As for the sticky, it may be a good idea to add the point about rear oblique to the first post.

"Knees out" might be useful as well.

They already look like they are out to me.
