    Hi coach,

did 312 lbs last week and wanted to see how I can improve my form.

Looks like I'm lifting the chest early and maybe not leaning over enough? I tried leaning over more which ended in the bar getting forward of mid foot in the bottom position. Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance, coach.

I have many. I think that 9mm is the new Lord's caliber in pistols. I think that every man should carry a knife, know how to change the oil in his car, and be able to do small repairs in plumbing, electrical, and structural systems of his house. I also think that ACA is a disaster, and that the two party system is a racket.

If you're asking how we get a lifter to keep the bar over the mid foot it's: There's this book, call "Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training. There's a section in it that discusses the MASTER CUE. My thought is you should read that section as many times as it takes. Hint: If you lean over, what has to go back to keep the bar over mid-foot? Hmmmmmmmm.....

And you're welcome, from the future.
