I searched around and only found very short posts about BJJ and weightlifting. I want to train BJJ but still make progress on the main lifts over the next few months. I have already done SS.

My goals are pretty basic. I mainly just want to be easily repping a 250lb bench and then I will cut weight from there since right now I am kind of a fat-ass at 25% BF.

I was thinking of doing a two day program similar to what this guy posted:

But it would be nice to read some more in depth material on this subject if it exists. I do have the newest Practical Programming book but haven't read all of it.
