Gardiner Athletics is a Starting Strength Gym in Gardiner, NY. We have two Starting Strength coaches. It is a 3.5 hour drive from Syracuse. There are no SSCs in either Kingston or Saratoga.

Apologies, I misspoke when I said Kingston. I meant Kingston area, as I thought it would give the poster a quick idea of where you are as opposed to saying Gardiner.

As to the gym in Saratoga, when did they drop their affiliation? I was going to be in their area in a month from now and was going to stop in for a check up.
