I bought and read the book and it's what got me into SS. Living here in the UAE, set myself up with a barbell bell and free weights here in my home and have trained 3 days a week since Jan 17. This is a game changer for me and has put me on a correct path to avoid the Sick Aging phenotype. Best read of my 53 year life! Thanks to the SS YouTube video's I can lift and power clean. The trouble is, the damn weights are getting a bit heavy now especially the press.
Thanks Rip for you effort in banging out all the videos and podcasts.
