    Default Squat Form Check 90kg / 200 Pounds

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    It was a while ago I had a form check on my squat as I have continued on my LP. I'm on 95kg on the next workout but I did 2x3 today on 90kg to work on some technique I felt was getting worse as I've increased weight.
