I just re watched Alan Thrall's Q&A with you and Dr. Baraki, you stated that you would certainly not be taking a vitamin c supplement. Why is this?

I prefer to take things that work.

This is my mistake for not clarifying my question, I apologize...

Maybe you are thinking I am asking if Vitamin C is good for lifting, getting stronger, etc....and maybe that's the context in which you answered the question in the video...

I was wondering more generally for use of immune health/ sickness, etc ("intended purposes"). Maybe that is what you meant, just wanted to clarify.

    Thanks

Vitamin C administered intravenously can be used as an adjunct therapy in very, very sick patients (think Intensive care unit). It has no utility taken orally in an ambulatory population at this time.
