Question: you mentioned that there will be some low back 'slough' that will eventually go away once the hamstrings warm up. My question is that if an individual (me) who sucks at 'feeling' and maintaining low back extension in the bottom of a DL, could this exercise be used as a general warmup before you get to your workset DL weights to help aid with setting the low back? Or did I misinterpret?
