    Very good article, thank you.
    It's very motivating.

    Even though it's already mentioned in the article, I just want to stress the helpfulness of videoing your sets and watching them directly after the set. You wrote

    I'd say MY brain ALWAYS lies to me during heavy sets. The grind FEELS at least twice as long as it actually IS. The first couple of times I watched a video of my just finished set of 5 squats, which felt like a f*ing 5RM and RPE 10 set, I was completely surprised by how smooth and quick it looked on video. It told me that it wasn't really that hard if it still moves that fast, and made me more confident for the following sets and workouts.

    (Tonight will be a grindfest for 3 new PRs (squat, bench, DL). I'll do my best and remember your words.)
